| Payment in installments through the revolving loan model |
| You may pay for goods and services in installments or withdraw cash in the country and abroad with your American Express® Credit Card. This card is a universal, both consumer and cash loan. It functions as a revolving loan which understands that you will settle min. 5% of the total consumption from the previous period, while an interest in the amount of 2,00 % for dinars and 1,25% for euro shall be calculated on the remaining debt at the monthly level. The effective interest rate on the remaining debt at the annual level amounts to 27,24 % for dinars and 16,32 % for euro. The revolving loan is a loan which is constantly being renewed, each new consumption shall reduce the available loan amount and each payment of yours shall open space for new purchases. The obligations from the previous period shall be settled till the 15th in the month, enabling deferred payment up to 45 days without interest. If you want, you may also pay more than the min. monthly amount and you also have the opportunity to settle the complete indebtedness from the previous month and in that case the interest shall not be calculated. |

| Deferred payment up to 45 days without interest |
| The obligations from the previous period shall be settled till the 15th in the month, which enables deferred payment up to 45 days without interest. |

| The annual fee |
| The annual fee for the Banca Intesa American Express® Gold Credit Card amounts to 6.600 dinar for the basic, i.e. 3.500 dinar for the additional card. The fee may be paid in 12 monthly installments. |
